Technical Outline for the Exhibit Setup

1. Hologram Fans

  • Purpose:

    • Visual Impact: The hologram fans are used to create 3D holographic images, providing a captivating and immersive visual experience for visitors. These fans will display dynamic, floating visuals relevant to the theme of the exhibit.

  • Setup:

    • Placement: The fans will be strategically placed at key points in the exhibit to maximize visibility and enhance the overall immersive experience.

    • Integration: They will be synchronized with the surrounding digital displays and lighting systems to provide a seamless and cohesive visual experience.

2. Mac Mini Computers

  • Purpose:

    • Content Management: The Mac Mini computers will be used to manage and process the visual content displayed on the hologram fans and UHD displays. They will also handle any interactive features or simulations presented in the exhibit.

  • Setup:

    • Connection: Each Mac Mini will be connected to the relevant display systems and peripherals to ensure smooth operation and high-quality output.

    • Configuration: The computers will be configured with the necessary software to manage the holographic and display content.

3. 75” 4K UHD Simulation Displays

  • Purpose:

    • Visualization: These large, high-definition displays will be used to present simulation content, educational videos, or real-time data relevant to the exhibit's theme. The displays are intended to engage visitors and provide detailed visual information.

  • Setup:

    • Mounting: The displays will be wall-mounted or placed on stands, depending on the exhibit layout, ensuring optimal viewing angles for visitors.

    • Integration: The displays will be connected to the Mac Minis for content management and synchronized with other digital elements in the exhibit.

4. 50’ Immersion Tunnel with Walkway

  • Purpose:

    • Immersive Experience: The 50-foot immersion tunnel is the centerpiece of the exhibit, designed to fully immerse visitors in a sensory-rich environment as they walk through. The tunnel will feature advanced visual and audio effects, as well as tactile elements to enhance the experience.

  • Construction:

    • Structure: The tunnel will be constructed using high-quality, durable materials to support the visual and audio equipment, as well as withstand heavy visitor traffic. The interior will be designed to create an enveloping atmosphere, with projections, LED lighting, and sound systems integrated into the walls and ceiling.

    • Walkway: The walkway within the tunnel will be constructed for visitor safety and comfort, potentially featuring interactive elements like pressure-sensitive flooring that triggers certain effects.

This setup provides a comprehensive and immersive experience for visitors, combining state-of-the-art holographic displays, high-definition video presentations, and an engaging 50-foot immersion tunnel to deliver a powerful and memorable exhibit.
